Upload one daily ZIP package, enter customer experience benchmarks, and generate coaching-ready advisor scorecards.
1. Upload Daily Report Package
Drag and drop ZIP file here
The ZIP package should include the standard daily PDFs.
Required reports:
- Advisor ROASR
- Quote / Microsite Utilization
- Service Advisor MTD
- Service Advisor Pay Period
- CSI report for each OEM / brand
Future version: reports can be sent directly to
reports@isolveauto.com and processed automatically.
2. Customer Experience Benchmarks
Enter the current benchmark for each OEM or brand included in the report package.
3. Generate Scorecard Package
The system will validate the ZIP package, send it to the backend, open the ZIP on the server, and prepare it for PDF scorecard generation.
